The Easter Arts Festival is designed to be an inclusive and celebratory series of arts events including sculpture, painting, literature, music, singing, performance, dance, photographic-art, film and all forms of textile art. Festival events are held at various venues during March and April.
Plans are well underway for the 2025 Warrnambool &
District Easter Arts Festival inc.
So far 17 events have been planned and confirmed with
some events still needing to be finalized.
We are launching our festival on Friday March 28th
for which invitations will be sent out. Once again the Warrnambool and district
artists society will be hosting our exhibition and competition from the 29th
March until the 4th May. Opening times are listed below.
We are thrilled to announce that Ken Duncan
internationally renowned photographer will be conducting a workshop in
Warrnambool on Saturday 15th March. Keep an eye on the website for
further details.
After an extremely successful family fun day at Lake
Pertobe last year, we are having another one this year on Saturday 19th
April. This event was extremely popular last year with many families attending.
Many of our old events will be returning again this
year with the Blokes Brekky, Hymn Singalong, Ladies High Tea, Choral concert
amongst some other events.
We are hoping to have some new concerts this year for
your enjoyment.
We are introducing an artist’s retreat workshop on
Friday 4th and Saturday 5th April next year with a
Masterclass by Grace Bailey, Intermediate class by Lorraine Deppeler and
beginners class by Elaine Noske. Places are very limited for this event and
further information and pricing will be available on the website shortly.
